Coast Consulting is a privately held boutique management and technology-consulting firm with headquarters in San Diego, California. The seeds of Coast were planted in late 2003. The Company was founded to address a fundamental disconnect found in virtually all businesses: a lack of congruence between strategic planning and execution. The firm has evolved to encompass a host of value-added solutions for small and mid-size businesses.
